Brief
EFS was commissioned to design and manufacture product display fixtures for a prominent high-street retailer with a significant presence in the sporting goods market. The project aimed to deliver durable and custom fixtures that met the retailer’s brand requirements while efficiently organising the merchandise within their stores.

Products used
The units were fabricated using CNC Bending and PEM Insertion processes with ultramodern technology that is programmed and fulfilled by EFS’ skilled CNC operatives. While CNC Laser and Punch Profiling provide ultimate precision and unrivalled efficiency.
Welds were utilised with our in-house metal fabricators and dedicated MIG welding, TIG welding and laser welding stations. Automated and Offline Powder Coat processes were ideal for a pristine, streamlined, quality finish every time, as our commitment to quality and precision follows us right up to final assembly.
Outcome
The project was concluded with the complete design support, manufacture and fabrication of a total of 3,728 high-quality retail merchandising products. Enabling the client to fully re-fit its 125 UK stores, including 254 football bins, 254 umbrella stand units, 1,020 corner units and 2,200 shelves.
